World's Decisions

A board is a hundred decisions about what deserves attention. Follow the people whose judgement you want, and see what they put up — and what they took down.

In developmentFor people and companies

63of 100 decisions

Sixty-three taken, thirty-seven left. At a hundred, adding one means giving one up — which is the only moment anybody actually decides anything.

You follow a judgement, not a feed.

What reaches you is a change: something added, something dropped. A board is a current answer to what matters, not a pile of everything anyone ever liked — which is why a removal tells you as much as an addition.

How it works

A hundred decisions, and no more

To add the hundred-and-first you drop one. The limit is the point: a board nobody has to prune is a board nobody has decided anything with.

Sources that have earned it

Pins come from an allowed set of publications and domains. Anyone can link anything anywhere else; the whole value here is that they cannot.

Taking something down is the decision

If you stop standing behind a pin, everyone following you learns that. Most places delete quietly. Here it is the most honest signal on the page.

Public or not, your choice

A public board is searchable and followable. A private one is a reading list. Same board, one setting.

Who owns a board

A person, or a crew of ten

Ten people already walking in the same direction. Each keeps a board; the crew sees what the other nine decided this week.

What a Crew is
A company

A board is a public record of what your organization pays attention to. Harder to fake than a manifesto, and easier to believe.

What you can pin

Pins come from an allowed set of publications. Anyone can link anything anywhere else — the value here is precisely that they cannot.
